They have gotten bids but no action has been taken because they say there are no funds to pay for the re pipe.

I get to HD, start talking to the manager, surprisingly everyone sprung into action, they are calling to get the surveillance video, calling other stores, attempting to block the items from being returned w/o the receipt, which I had by the way.In the mist of all these advocates working for me, i get a text.

The necessary steps are: 1. a definite purpose backed by burning desire for its fulfillment, 2. a definite plan, expressed in continuous action, 3. a mind closed tightly against all negative and discouraging influences, including negative suggestions of relatives, friends, and acquaintances, and 4. a friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plan and purpose."

While some people are talking about being cautious, I think their actions are saying otherwise, at least in Bay Area residential and commercial real estate (SF office.. wow!

Great to see you taking action in your REI career again. 

From my experience clients are very rewarding experiences, as you get a chance to bring someone else's dreams come to life, personally I love to take them through the process of a full renovation, everything from rendering to build, however, if you are not built with the proper infrastructure it is incredibly time consuming and administratively intensive.

I've been a member and listening to all the podcasts for 10 months or so and fear of what I don't know has hindered me from taking any action.
