My question is has anyone on here worked, invested or dealt with properties on the Jersey Shore?

We're thinking of holding our current house as a rental and buying a temporary multi-family in which we can live and renovate, with the intention of eventually renovating or rebuilding this original house and returning to it, keeping the 'new' multi-family property as a rental.

If he came to you asking for some time to pay rent, I'd say maybe work with a long-term tenant who has mostly paid  on time and is having a temporary issue.  

Relatives of mine used to live in both Gloucester and Beverly ("North Shore") - both nice towns, both have beaches.

Last year I teamed up with my longtime buddy and purchased a 4 bedroom (single family detach) house near campus while we are finishing up our degrees.We use 2 bedrooms for quiet living/study, and offer the other 2 furnished for temporary bed & breakfast stays.

Mid Island- Pretty much broken up into 2 parts, the west shore which is where the mall and what not is, and the east shore which is the boardwalk, beaches and Hylan Boulevard.

We are looking in to rent properties out, of course we don’t have any yet, but it’s only temporary.

If the soil underneath still has further potential for settlement, the jacking will only be a temporary fix.

I'm just not gonna be here during the rehab because of a temporary work.

This offers a temporary demand for residences, but is it enough to offset the ever-growing supply of homes?
