I understand that you are in Oregon, so, you will have to check your state and local laws as well as your lease.

All was going well until I started asking too many questions & diverting him from his script:)  As the call went on I felt more like I was in a timeshare presentation.

All of our apps are first come first served so we dont rank them super often, but I believe appfolio allows you to set your requirements and will advise you whether or not an applicant meets the requirements as well.
