You would be surprised how many people sue their landlords  because of the 3, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8 second hand smokers affect their health and anyone that touches the door knobs.

I live in Matthews and would love to meet people knowledgeable on tax deeds (and liens in other states) to learn.

I worked for companies that had full time people that did aspects of this.  

A lot of my clients from California have been successful in finding BRRRR and flip deals here that hit the 1% rule, cashflowing, and will appreciate a great deal within the next few years.

What do most people do in this situation?

The real agents/brokers have a license and would not jeopardize their license to make a quick buck like some of the people shooting you quick offers.  

I listed it on FB marketplace as a Long Term Rental while it was under contract just to get the feelers out, and I got a lot of responses from people who wondered if I'd take Section 8.The house is in an area with pockets of Section 8 housing.

I know of only a few people that own rentals as a secondary aspect of their primary business.

I would love to connect with people in the area to get conversations started and build connections.

Older people sometimes don't like technology and would not bother looking anyway.
