What are your next deal options?

Hey all,I’ve been diving into options for software to help streamline real estate rehab and construction project management.

I was going to do that in an attempt to get creative with my financing options so that there are no liens on it and I could borrow against it as an option.

I updated the bathroom/porch in the spring, and am finishing construction on a 2-stall garage (the previous garage was basically a large shed that I could not fit much in).Moving forward I am considering one of the following options to put my money and build equity:1.

Option A would allow me to keep it as a long term rental .

Offer custom lead mining would help me boost revenue because deal volume has fallen quite a bit.Johns scraper option looks really interesting though I’ve never heard of the site so can’t vouch for it.

With your focus in using house hacking, Conventional or FHA loans would be your best options.

Cash is always an option if you can do that. 

I guess my only other option is to add padlocks onto the cash boxes on top of the regular keyed entry.

Assuming they're telling the truth what are my options.
