I was stunned to learn an investor I know wasn’t aware local property tax info was available online!

The whole point of an LLC is to protect you from liability so I'm a little stunned sometimes when people aren't willing to pay a few thousand dollars for an LLC from a proper attorney and instead go to one of those places that churns them out like a mill without any customization or specification. 

If it were a multi unit building I'd install a dome and put up a small sign saying the property is under CCTV and no loitering signs.

Trail of Tears, Teapot Dome, the Japanese Internment...ect.

In my opinion I could tell everyone exactly what I want in an apt complex (yields, cap rate, units, class, etc) but if I can't afford it then what good does that do me?
