By the end of week 3, if things are opening back up, we will be dining out on the beach, staying in a hotel somewhere tropical because we will be so sick of being home, we just need to get out.Based on my circle of friends, this is not a unique situation.

I also am somewhat stunned at some of the responses I have seen when I made a post a few weeks back ( as I was pretty sure landlords would have to work with their tenants short term during this crisis)  that those in the rental business were pretty cavalier with reponses like  ( No pay NO stay,  Not my issue, We are not a charity, ) so on and so forth..

So although it isn't an official shut down, schools are closed, all events shut down, all restaurant dining areas are shut, the mall is shut and many businesses have voluntarily shut down.

Tenants that are waitresses (No sit down dining in our area at all anymore) and tenants that are police officers (plenty of steady work right now) are in two completely different situations right now.
