In which the response was “I am working 18 hours a day trying to keep up” In this scenario my clients lost out on the house and I wonder how much was actually lost to the seller should our offer be accepted or even used to strengthen their other offer.I have another example where the service and response was also not there due to “being too busy” It also was about me submitting my over list price offer and having no acknowledgement of reciept of the offer despite several attenpts through several methods of communication.

I would also recommend focusing on strengthening your personal balance sheet and income statement in preparation for starting to network with local (to where you are going to be investing) commercial lenders.

@Fan Bi yes in the long term I think it will definitely help values in the area as it further strengthens the "bedroom community" aspect for people commuting to metro Boston.However in the short term I think we are due for a recession in the next few years so I think it will take a few years longer to have the intended/expected effect.Generally I'm happy to see low interest rates used to repair/improve/expand infrastructure, and for R&D.
