I think Navajo White and white goes well with renters tan carpet in some bedrooms in some rentals.I did A study mockup of  @Johann Jells beautiful bay window room in close to those colors.Windows like that to me seem very calming and serene, especially upstairs I like them (which was my motivation to re color the pic a little.And if you want you can picture me sitting in one of those chairs with a cup of coffee and a good book--because that is where I'd probably be.Good Luck!

Buildings are sitting vacant and offering free rent for even 2 months + to get people signed up.

You're sitting on a goldmine if you leverage it appropriately.

Did they just come on the market or have they been sitting - might have wiggle room on first offer being sent for both.

I used to sit at a desk, I much prefer the constant moving about and being outside, the work suits me. 

So job's report is near totally worthless now because you need the revisions to get to the actual real #'s, after fake BS one's had time to sit and cycle media 1st, which were all apparently ok with now.....

I would walk recommend walking from this unless you will be sitting in a nice equity position once you have gotten the repairs completed.

Maybe insurance will cover it.The property manager can't possibly sit in a rental 24/7 to ensure nobody squats.
