I am seeing some water seeping into garage under the balcony so I would like to make sure to tightly seal the gap,I was thinking about removing worn out sealant and pour there some liquid rubber and then on top of the existing tiles I would like to install LVT to fully water proof as well as enhance the looks, is it a bad idea to have LVT outdoors?

@Alyssa K.There is a product called redgard https://www.custombuildingproducts.com/products/surface-preparation/waterproofing-membranes-underlayments/redgard.aspx#This is used to seal walls before applying tile.

My record is currently up for absolute pardon and will be sealed in the next 8-12 months, so I just need somewhere to live for that period until I can apply for housing through normal avenues again.Any help is very much appreciated.

Filters are cheaper than replacing gunked up A/C coils sealed inside the furnace.If the resident fails to put in any filter, the coils will gunk up.If the resident just leaves the filter in forever, it gets super dirty and not much air passes, and the coils freeze up and the A/C doesn't work.

Most require you to wait for a quote and Im trying to move faster than all that.Recent Lesson Learned: If your treating butcher block countertops or wood shelving, consider "waterlox" because it really seals in the wood while maintaining its original authentic appearance.
