If it truly is Home Buyer's Inc I think there should be a class action lawsuit brought against them if there are enough people being bugged by them and not respecting our request to be removed. 

Now it makes it average, everyone has one.  5 years ago your dynamic pricing and professional photos and 5* reviews made your listing an all-star. 

I would also look at the photos and see if they are decent.

The commission paid greatly outweighs having to go back on the market and potentially getting less than you listed it for the first time.Some individual markets are better for this than others, but if you have an agent with a great strategy on the list side (professional photos, staging advice, etc) and you pair that with listing the property at a low price; you increase your chances dramatically of getting a bidding war and not only offsetting the commission but potentially making more than originally planned.

I realized that photos are too big and make the post look crappy, so I will link the before (Zillow) pictures and then the After (Airbnb) links!  

Not sure if something is out there in that respect, but I'd be curious to know!

Photos were great, and we got a renter quickly at a higher rent. 

I have asked her for photos if the areas where she alleges mold.

If you are open about your concern with their record and ask them to explain, people will respect that.
