Well Bob, the issue is everything about what you say and do is so far from truthful I don't even think you realize it. 

I got to 30 doors and left my W2...however, realized that landlord income is not the best way to survive.

Please know that I realize it is a huge job and huge learning curve and may very well not make good sense, but I want to do a thorough analysis  to determine that (and also what price it may make sense for).
