I don’t think arbitrage is worth it - it’s kind of like the baby step into STRs that hook people into taking all the risk and doing all the work and missing out on 2 of the 3 reasons to invest in real estate: tax benefits and appreciation.much much better to buy and own your own STRs.

Missed evictions - tbh I'd just underwrite a little bit higher vacancy than what people are telling you if you're concerned about it.

Hey, I know you're looking for people with experience buying property in Mexico, which I don't have, but I did read your post and feel it was worth commenting that while you're asking a lot of great questions to protect your money, you are perhaps missing the point of an investment.

That's the key component that is usually missing when I hear other entrepreneurs/investors say they don't like QBO.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.

Please suggest if I am missing anything.Thanks a lot for the help!
