If you are in this situation currently, I obviously do not need to tell you how stressful it is- both financially and mentally.

They run for office and they run the campaigns of the guys running for office (and then get their reward when he wins).It is no longer about what is right... the constitution... or We the People... it is all about them and them getting more power.It is an elitist mentality.

Around here the trend is growing into an 'us versus them' mentality -- the hard-working citizen/homeowners versus the evil greedy landlords.

First, I doubt you are going to see the mentally unstable anger from the right like we have seen from the left over the last eight years.

My end result: I want to start a program, non profit, helping homelss people, especailly the ones who are mentally incabable of getting a job or taking care of them selves off the street and into proper care and help.

In fact that type of mentality helped build and burst the housing bubble.When I think of "flipping", I think of buying distressed properties and fixing them up for a profit.

People often mistake retirement for old age or the day they stop working and degenerate mentally and then physically or many other things that are perceived as retirement.

Please help me understand what I need to do to get myself mentally prepared.
