Which macro and micro indicators did you see as important?

Still today, most every competitor of ours has blatantly or partially launched their services based on Carrot... but Carrot still crushes the competition in most every measureable performance indicator... because of my intentional focus to just outserve our clients.

Usually a steepening yield curve following a deep inversion is the most classic indicator of the start of the fall.

@Frank SichelleThey all have the past performance is not indicative of future success and for anyone who shows a history of prior returns without having it third party verified is like saying I went fishing alone and caught 20 fish including the largest bass ever.

Jaime The cost approach (land value + depreciated cost of improvements) is typically the least reliable indicator of value.
