Is a bank willing to float you a loan on cash you raise?

You float the room with it and when it dries you have a level surface to tile.  

With this being said, just make sure you have enough personal funds to float part of the rehab if the bank decides to not provide you the second and/or third budget payments until after the work is complete – because your contractors want to get paid.

Buying this property for 85k and comps are floating between 110k-120k.

One floor contractor says he can do a floating vinyl plank floor over it after replacing the broken tiles and leveling the floor.

That being said, if you have someone you know and trust, that has some form of property management background - it might not heard to float the idea to them.

Our flooring formulas: no carpet, no 'floating flooring', no laminate. 

I am thinking about installing this product. It has a 20 year commercial warranty, lifetime residential, and 40 mil wear layer. It is $3.95 a sq.ft. I am getting tired of replacing carpet all the time in our rentals....

But its whatever floats your boat right.. and if you have a great ground partner that can mitigate things as well.
