I add a single page up front with the fields contained in all the documents.

As @Charles Carillo said, you can make the most of that time, but most people just waste the 4-5 years and then end up doing something unrelated to their degree field anyway.Maybe look into a Trade School, like an electrical one....nice clean work that pays really well.

They both helped.In terms of what I would do starting out in business if I were to do it again, I would recommend working for a larger team to learn their sales process and have practice in the field.

I dug in and it took time, I consulted multiple attorneys very experienced in this field, read the statutes many times, learned some things the hard way unfortunately, but after about 5 years in I got my first property and quit claimed it to the neighbor for 20K, next year similar situation, 18K to another neighbor.

Thank you @Sam GhiSo I will start out with saying that while I’m technically a “Sophisticated Investor” when it comes to real estate, I am not a passive investment expert beyond that field.  

I recently read a few books about Real Estate Note Investing and am really interested in the field.

Look for mentors by reaching out to people in the real estate field, at local gatherings, REI groups, and on Bigger Pockets forums.

I already get a list from the county, but they are pre-foreclosures that were field. 

You could create user profiles with an enum field called type or occupation that would allow people to search for other users with a specific job in a specific area.  

So those fields will get impacted.
