Top producing real estate agents in many market make over a million a year with a whole heck of a lot of them making 200 to 500k.. the other 60 % of agents will not make much but it could be a secondary job and they are not the primary income producer in the family..

I think you have a solid basis to sue them for all of the damage - though getting them to pay will probably be difficult.I only asked about them being related to you because such a situation can cause awkward moments at the next family reunion!

Always be weary of the 3-4 unit buildings that were built as a single family and then concocted into multifamily.
