Myself having worked in that industry behind the scenes ( lender to the students) I find most get very enthused and whopped up at the meetings and just like anything else  majority fad away but 10 to 20% of them who pay and jump into it will do something that is considered a success in what is for most everyone a new occupation.  

Long story short, three of her siblings died young of heart disease brought on by terrible diets, smoking, and drinking.

It is kind of like a diet but once you start losing the weight and start seeing results, you start to really buy in.

i support having C/D class paid for  assuming thats what you run in Milwaukee.. as for letting us old folks kack off cant get behind that one  :)  you know 65 is the new 45. 65 is absolutely the new 45 and you'll be just fine - I suggest a healthy diet!

They're also cold and it's a fad color that will go out of style.I'm really loving the idea of the fireplace focal point from the living room, at least.Do you have a sketch of the entire unit? 

I'm up there in years now and I've seen fads come and go, and have dealt with different landscape issues and pests and dust flingers and accent walls, and many different types of decor and colors that all went out of style almost as quickly as the stainless steel appliances and gray walls went up....oh, I meant avocado green, no wait, I meant gray and stainless steel are the new avocado green....Anyway, if you want to go with timeless and save money in the long run, you can't go wrong with white and clean, in my opinion. 

When I am in the city, I am confronted by all the latest fads, cars, fashions, eateries, etc.  

But just like keto diet, any other diet or any tax strategy - it's not for everyone, and it's not magic.

The big question is whether this is a fad or a bona fide market shift.
