We want to invest in areas of good school districts, and B or better neighborhoods.

The closer to the Legends area the better, turner or piper school districts are the better ones.

It is close to where I work (I'm going to owner occupy), has housing prices in my range and is in my opinion, a nicer part of town with a great school district.

Or when you move again.Always look for the school districts.

My partner and I would be looking for SFHs in the following school districts:  Fox Chapel, Shaler, Hampton and Avonworth.  

My long time friends parents owned a house here in the historic district since the 70's.

Good areas to look in are around Montana Tech, and south side of Butte core business district.
