How far outside of the county do you wholesale properties (winchester or eastern WV panhandle)?

I did an appeal myself, but in lake county which is on the eastern border of Cleveland's Cuyahoga county.

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy my first investment property here in eastern MA (right outside Boston) and I am having a hard time finding a property that can cash flow.

I have been living in Lynchburg, Virginia for the past 5-6 years although I am originally from south-eastern Pennsylvania. 

I agree it is a really cool tool and would subscribe in a heartbeat if it covered FL and some other eastern states.  

I'm located a bit south of Morgantown, WV but I grew up outside of Pittsburgh and have lived in the DC suburbs and the WV Eastern Panhandle.

I'm originally from Lousiana (business and law at LSU), spent a couple years ski bumming in Whitefish Montana, worked at Microsoft for a decade, shifted to eastern Washington with a small biotech firm and finally landed in central Oregon.
