Consider the following scenario:You purchase a property with the intent to repair and resell.You call the local inspector and inquire about the repairs.The inspector says he will meet you at the house when you are done.After completing the repairs, the inspector meets you at the house.During the inspection, the inspector inquires about your family, your spouse, your kids, your dog and your friends.

+Make sure the headline includes useful details (ex. free parking, dog-friendly, W/D in unit, 3 blocks to downtown) rather than generic words (ex. comfy, spacious, light-filled).

Some leave because they were fined $500 after their dog crapped on the sidewalk but the homeless guy does it with no repercussions (true story). 

My only other recommendation is that if you allow dogs, add a photo with your dog. 

Also, you have a lot of work to do to determine if this is a money maker or a dog!!

During my last visit to the property I noticed one of the upstairs tenants dog was going to the bathroom on their balcony which is right above the downstairs tenants balcony.

In the stock market you are not even the tail on the dog, more like a flea on the tail of the dog. 

So, our new tenant signed on for a year lease without a dog at first but with intention to get a dog.

The little time I had with him I cherish and he is intensely missed every day.My primary career has been managing various claims from habitability to slip and fall (personal and commercial) workers comp to dog bite and private passenger auto/trucking with attorney involvement, so I’m not shy nor am I intimidated by these life sucking vampires, lol.
