Is the appeal to having it in/near Tempe renting it out to college students? 

I'm a first time investor considering buying a rental home for my daughter and her gaggle of roommates on a college campus.

I dont see housing dropping a large degree and def not in 2022. 

Determine a goal you’d like to work toward financially, is it “financial freedom” (whatever that means to you), buying a business, becoming self employed, becoming a full time real estate investor, having enough cash for your kids college education, having enough to retire, becoming a centi millionaire, etc.3.

I’m an 18 year old real estate agent also in college as a business major.

I am here to absorb anything real estate that I couldn't learn in my hometown nor college.

Age range: 20 (future college grad) to mid 30s so all pretty young.

PM's are like the market themselves, they seem to go up and down in quality to some degree, plus truthfully you'll find some that are more experienced in specific locations than others are.
