To save yourself the hassle of moving you could invest in a pump sprayer and bottle of termador or cyckick or somesuch and spray the perimeter of the trailer every month or whatever directions say.

. $40 bottle and it will give the $200 bottles a run for their money all day long hehe

Are you offering anything like a gift pack on arrival, snacks, dried herb pack, bottle of wine, etc., if so add that cost in.

I understand its a lot bottled up in one question but would greatly appreciate any and all's advice regarding the matter. 

Once, before I knew about the tool, I stuck a wooden dowel in the disposal and ran it, which freed up the bottle cap that was jamming it, then I just pulled it out with my hand.  

Then when their bottle goes empty, it appears they promptly chuck it out in the side lot.
