i am an agent living in Naples but do most of my investing in the Cape.

There is a mix of small to medium sized ranchers, cape cods, split foyers and colonials (850sqft up to 3000sqft) spread throughout with some mobiles mixed in. 

Bamboo can be controlled, is there a black plastic edging around the area that it is in ?

Others are unemployed, and there are a few "black sheep" that no one wants to deal with.  

My tenants are complaining about tiny black ants in the kitchen.

Who should I be talking to in Orlando, Delaine, New Smyrna, Deltona, all over Polk county like Lakeland, Tampa, Saint Petersburg, down into Cape Coral/Fort Myers and so on.
