We want to put ceiling fans in every bedroom, so we relocated the vents to side of each room and we are putting ceiling boxes put in the center of the rooms.We also opened up two walls, one in the master bath, and one going from the dining room into the kitchen.All the ceilings upstairs have been re-textured.All the bedroom walls have been painted as well as the living room downstairs.The upstairs hall bathroom had tile on the walls that was pulled out during demo and we are in the middle of replacing the sheetrock there.Our goal for this week is:1- Putting the upstairs bathrooms back together, new vanities, new toilets...etc.  2- Framing in the new openings that we created.3- New sheetrock and insualtion in the den.4- Finish trim painting upstairs5-Painting the rest of downstairs6-Finishing a downstairs coat closet(currently not sheetrocked).The 1st pic is the den, it was taken before all the paneling was removedThe 2nd pic is the kitchen, the soffit in the pic is now goneThe 3rd pic is the downstairs living room and dining room(that light fixture is going)The last 2 pics are two of the four bedrooms upstairs.

It can also grow in rooms that have high humidity as well, above 60%, very common in attics and closets filled full of clutter in the basement. 

The bedroom is bigger than your average bedroom and the closet is genriously sized compared to other old homes I have lived in in Denver.

The house was listed as a 3-bedroom 2-bath, but had 5 potential bedrooms (none of them had closets).We spent the next two months bidding the job out with various contractors.

It is a 1/1 they call a 2/1 because they call the mudroom/porch a br - it does have a closet.  

Obviously there are more logistics to consider with this but the beauty of a tiny home is that its portable. 

A bedroom must have minimum two exits- a door and a window, minimum of 5.7 clear net opening window, and a closet or it doesn't count as a bedroom.  

Such as shorter ceilings upstairs, tiny bathrooms, weird closets/no closets or other spaces that wouldn't work in a LTR.What would bother someone who has to live in the house day after day may actually be thought of as interesting and quirky by a weekend guest......

Their process typically consists of using a drylock type paint to cover the mold to kill/prevent it from spreading and they use a portable ventilation system to vent out the air containing mold.
