Or go ahead and learn for yourself- IF it comes out easily enough without breaking apart- go ahead and post it up on fb marketplace, cl, and next door etc, with the exact dimensions listed, for a couple of hundred bucks.

I've seen lots of DIY cabinet jobs that are awful too- wrong paint, no prep in the interest of saving a few bucks.

However I think it all comes down to how good they are to you and how much you value them...... a few extra bucks is really not that big a deal in the big picture, right?

I made a zillion bucks on a bonus... time to fire up the cost seg on that STR.Another consideration or variant is the 3115 big cost seg deduct paired up with a Roth conversion.Gotta factor in descending bonus during 2023, 2024, etc.

I currently live in NJ so I’m not sure if I’m getting the best for my buck here. 

The property is in Bucks County, Pa.The $300 isn't even worth the aggravation to me but at this point I think I need an attorney to guide so it doesn't balloon into much more.

That’s probably why some newbie investors try to save a buck.

Perhaps those type of multi family would give you more bang for your buck and still be relatively easy to sell should your need arise.
