The kitchen will need to be like a resturant, double sinks, graese traps, commercial dish washer, vented hood and yes a seperate fire suppression system for the stove area.

I just added new counter tops and a dish washer.

But I have found that there are more cash buyers willing to dish out $5k-$25k on a mobile home than $100k on a regular home.

That flows better from fridge to prep to stovetop and leaves room between the cook and the person doing dishes (my wife and I like to work in the kitchen at the same time).

I noticed a cable/wire hanging off my roof yesterday and I think its connected to a Direct TV satellite dish.
