You should always have two block planes, one good one for actual carpentry work, usually a Stanley product, and a beater block plane by HD Buck Bros.

Some of the other homeowners down the road drive fast, as well as the fedex lady and mail lady.

if it’s a good bit away from the flood plane you should be all right I actually have a house in there (not in the floodplain)

SHRA closure due to covid 19 has further delayed activation and I have not been paid for 6 months.When I call Sec 8, they tell me to leave a voicemail and send an email to the person handling my account but no response.Should I fedex my documents again to get their attention, get my tenant to talk to their caseworker to contact the person handling my property?
