Paid a few bucks and enrolled in a real estate investing education course, but I will tell you, Bigger Pockets has been by far the best resource for my education.

We have a JV partner who enrolled with them and they would not approve our JV agreement citing that the custodian they use would not approve.

Since you are still in high school, I would recommend that you take as many dual enrollment classes as you possibly can while they are still cheap/free.

Gordon which is now called De Paul College Prep has seen enrollment go from around 2500 boys (We were all boys at the time) to about 500 co-ed student. 

So, I enrolled back in school toward a second master’s degree in order to take a hardship withdrawal on my 401k since I’d already taken loans out that totalled 50% of what was in there.

Lol I do have another job as an assistant to keep me living.I first enrolled into an online course for the salesperson license.

. - I keep hearing about the seminars like " rich dad poor dad " they ask for yearly money etc to enroll,  is that worth ?

Go to your high school counselor and ask if they have a concurrent enrollment program for high school students.
