A properly crafted lease gives you great standing in the courts here.

Maybe it was the fact they were all relatively younger tenants, however I'd think someone responsible to fly a multi million dollar aircraft loaded with enough fuel to fly around the world or to maintain the craft would  have had more integrity.

You might, with skillful negotiation, be able to craft a good deal here.But, I also see a bunch of unnecessary exposure:The condo association controls all.

Listen to the story carefully, and if it isn't in black and white were you can read it too then chances are it was crafted to entice and lure you in as a character to the story.

Either could work, but this might be a case where a well crafted letter is more effective.  

Always be looking for ways to improve at your craft.
