Myself and 1 other partner would be the managing partners and the rest silent "money" partners, however they want to be in the know and involved, but no real decision making abilities and too many cooks in the kitchen slows things down. 

My GF loves their Dim Sum, and my favorite hot pot place is also there, few shops away...

@Bill Brandt, They (like a lot of the new tax code) was cooked up pretty quickly and no one fully understands all the nuance.

I think I'm going to go with a Keurig and offer a variety of coffee, tea, and cocoa pods rather than a cheap $20 coffee pot (that always drives me nuts when I stay places!)
