I believe it would increase overall investment demand with our  landlord/tenant laws being significantly more landlord friendly than CA, property taxes not reassessing on the sale, consistent job and population growth, proximity to Lake Tahoe, and temperatures that are not as cold as Tahoe in the Winter but are cooler Sacramento or Las Vegas in the summer. 

However I would prefer to stick to south and south east states for a warmer climate in the winter months.  

So it's not uncommon for travelers to leave the house at night and come back when it's still dark out, especially during winter.

Some great neighborhoods that have great schools, and low crime in the Orlando area are College Park, Winter Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Maitland, Baldwin Park, SoDo (south downtown), Dr Philips, and Oviedo. 

I have seen many situations where a tenant in an upstairs apartment would leave their window open in the winter because they were hot while the tenant downstairs kept the thermostat up.

I'm not too worried personally about my properties because the numbers work out for STR, MTR, and LTR, so I have escape routes, but the 1-2 week bookings during winter and summer have been a better path for me than just doing LTR.Article link below:https://buildingsaltlake.com/city-bulks-up-its-enforcement-o...

I listed this house well into the winter holidays and was getting a bit restless that I wasn't getting much action on it.

Now summer is fairly good, but winter stinks.
