Airbnb's seem to be getting more popular in Columbus as the months go on, in areas such as Campus, Worthington, Southern Orchards, Short North of course, and Whitehall.

Looking for commercial lenders (5+ multifamily) in South CA

I may try searching under Chicago and seeing if any of them also work in Southern Wisconsin.

Northern and Southern CA tends to be too expensive to cash flow, but there are some areas of central CA that cash flow.

Hi, I recently relocated to southern ME for a new job in the Portland area. 

Someone else can chime in with the good southern, southeastern or south western areas.IMHO there is no reasons to invest in central (unless you want a trophy strip condo) or the north east (unless you REALLY know the area, live near by and and speak at least a couple languages.)Talk to a couple local property managers and ask them for suggestions on areas and price ranges.

Southern NH was far more affordable than the area of MA where we both grew up.
