One thing that I liked was I looked at a group of homes in Hattisburg that were all section 8.. this guy built them with concrete floors.. stainless cabinets concrete counters and block walls.. with a drain in the middle of the living room and bathroom.. he did a turn over with a high pressure hose.. fairly indestructible..

@Yuvaraj Vimawala @Jerel EhlertLate last year, my buyer client and I discovered through inspection that the master bath shower drain on a 2012 builder home in Leander, TX had never been connected (see below). 

Disconnecting and reconnecting existing drain line, refrigerant lines, plenums, low and high voltage as required.

Big pet peeve of mine is paying to have a plumber out to unclog toilets, drains Etc...

The backyard has a extra tall chain link fence and the house next door has a pool that's drained but is loaded with huge rocks and has really tall shoots of grass you could see growing in a swamp.

There is quite a long list of things that are and are not included but the nature of it is that they will diagnose any problem and they will supply parts and fix most things related to any kitchen or bathroom plumbing situation as well as much of the stuff buried in the walls, supply and drain.

We are hoping to relocate to Tennessee in the not to distant future as CA has and is circling the drain.
