Disclaimer - I have not made it to the Baltimore REIA yet (heard it's great) and the RealDeal ( which I know is run in part by the same gentleman who runs the BWI Meetup so I know it has to be excellent (and FREE)).I know it's far for Andrew (Havre de Grace) - I would definitely suggest the Real Deal Meetup in Arbutus  (and it's on a Saturday as well - bonus!)

@Wendell De Guzman, do you find that the guys try to cut corners in order to finish early?

It was located on a nice little cul de sac near Aston Pa. recommended to me by an agent  The exterior wasn't too bad so I wasn't expecting this amount of damage inside at all. 

Even if some will allow it, they will have a short closing time which may de facto eliminate your ability to finance.
