Everything from 1/2 of business meals, to business auto expenses, asset depreciation, property depreciation, and the list goes on and on.  

I am looking in B- neighborhoods and up South of Denver proper so anywhere around Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Greenwood Village, or Centennial. 

Another option that is similar in that price point that may be a bit closer to Emory Village is Decatur 30032.

They could also tell you if the water was running constantly (I don’t know why they don’t call or auto shutoff at 2-3 days, but they don’t) but that won’t be of much help as we’re going to assume it was. 

Here are the details: I only have two liabilities as stated -Auto Loan: Rem Balance: $20,320 (IR = 7.5% ; Min Payment = $511/mo) - I am currently paying $1,022 per month to pay it off sooner-Student Loans (consolidated): Rem Balance (after interest): $47,200 (IR = 4.56%; Min Payment = $346/mo) - I am also currently paying $692/mo on this as well-Total Incidentals (groceries, living expenses insurance, rent etc..) = $1,952Typical Leftover = $1,014/mo (I invest this into savings, which I don't typically touch) All of my  credit cards are paid off monthly, so I'm not considering them as liabilities here. 

Right now on the lake you can do STR in -Incline Village, NV-some permits transfer in Placer County, CA which is a large swath(most famously King's Beach on the Lake).

I am happy with all of my current policies and would like to just get an umbrella policy from another company so I don't need to merge auto insurance with property insurance but I don't know if there are companies that will do umbrella insurance without the other policies being with them too.

Their income is not so great and the only debt they have is an auto loan.
