Here's what I do:- BiggerPockets -- Real Estate Investing networking & connections- Twitter -- connect with people and companies of all shapes and sizes & interests- Facebook -- connect with friends and colleagues- LinkedIn -- connect with people I know exclusively- G+ - connect with people who I find interestingI've tried FB & LinkedIn groups for connecting and I've found them to be mostly a spammer's paradise.Otherwise, I connect with bloggers on their article's comments and with them in the above mentioned networks.

Right now if you get with a good experience Loan officer it shouldn't take more than 21 days after you recieve the appraisal to close on any type of conventional or Government loan.If you're looking for cash out and the loan amount is lower than 75K I can't help you but a local bank will be your best bet Daniel.

Shaun Reilly,Those 3k miles would be deductible; however, the best bet is that the corp reimburses those miles to the OP.General expenses are different than specific expenses.

Shorter fits better on business cards, centers on letterhead, fits on stamps to endorse checks and costs less for type setting too.How about signs, cost per letter, big names, small letter size can't read it as well far away.How will you brand your business, got a slogan, a motto, a saying that identifies you?

You might need to shoot a little higher on your unit size if you're going to want to hit 10mil in equity.
