I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where to find quality info in wholesaling?

Even then most my good quality loans I narrow it down to two leading national lenders for best pricing. 

I want to be known as a fair, just, good quality landlord.

How do you account for quality of service though?

Questions for investors, what qualities do you look for in a partner to make you more confident in supporting the down payment of a new property?

If their quality and cost remains competitive, you will continue bringing them constant work.

Anyone in Houston used a quality general contractor?

The quality of agents runs the gamut, but I bet you don't ask the attorney to represent you and tell them I won't pay you until I am sure you win the case (obviously some do work that way but talking about the situations where that is not the case).That being said, if you ask someone to run around and do a bunch of "free" work eventually that tapers off as they find clients that respect their time, energy, resources (assuming they are worth their weight). 

AmyI'd definitely recommend having quality representation if you're new.
