Also, any leads on good multi-families or houses with ADU/mother-in-law suites of course would be greatly appreciated.Lastly, if you are in the area and want to talk shop about everything Bigger Pockets, coffee is on me :)

I was shopping for a Cali buyer recently and there is inventory, some off-market.  

Because of the affordability, great neighborhoods and schools, and good night life, Columbus has attracted a-lot of businesses to setup shop, hence the increase in population over areas like Cincinnati and Cleveland.

Other than shopping around to find what you think is best for your situation, a good referral is a great resource to finding a potential lending fit. 

Would appreciate a referral if you know of an honest, hard working small shop manager.

If it's someone local, take them to coffee if they have time/availability. 

Meaning can they only support one cabin with a 3 mile run to get there, or can they support 100 residences, and 15 bars and restaurants as well as shops.
