I am getting release forms tomorrow from the enforcement office that wrote the liens and then will hand deliver them to the recorders office.What a pain.

Its a pain  - but I must say their customer service is superb, so overall I can't complain too much. 

Moving is a pain and can get pricey if you have to rent a Uhaul /hire help. 

More of a pain than online but that's what I like to stick with for that reason. 

Whenever you get hit in the stomach, give your self some time to feel the pain and then respond.

I know you said you are not a CPA or a lawyer, and I will bring this up to mine, but do you think having my wife as another employee of the LLC as an administrative assistant and paying her a salary as well and then splitting the dividend between us would be more acceptable?
