N/A N/A Looking for Great properties in Baltimore

I would consider a rehab & hold/sell if the numbers make sense.I'm relatively new to REI, but I have great credit and my financing is all lined up.Any leads on sources, properties, wholesalers, bird dogs, etc. would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to do 3 properties this year (or more if it works out well) and continue increasing my holdings/activity after that.I will be a great investor for someone willing to share leads/mentor me.Thanks for such a great resource.
