Plumbing and Electrical is quite a bit harder because of the interior walls generally are not sheet rock.Historical property's can be difficult to work with the city sometimes.Pretty cool that your going to make it stand another 100 years!!!

Hello everyone,I own a duplex that is in major need of rehab… I recently put a new roof and new doors and windows on it… However, the interior has been completely gutted so it still needs about $40,000 worth of work… I would like to finance this, but because this is not a first purchase, I am in new territory with regards to loan options… I wonder if someone could help advise me on the options that are available for financing this rehab?

*The tenant fell back on rent for 4 months and was eventually evicted in August 2021 (Landlord was left in the dark until after eviction)*Tenant abandoned his Property and destruction to the interior is left only to the imagination.* Property Managers ask for $900 for the removal of the tenant junk and when given they took $700 (as a management fee)  and returned $200 and that was it.
