I don't personally do any business with MI other than Chris and I are often at the same events and I have been in Turnkey probably longer than anyone in the industry  ( on the finance side since 2002)... with a few thousand transactions under my belt in all the turnkey  markets ... and I am very opinionated in the fact that low end turnkey is simply not appropriate for out of state investors..
