If you are looking to invest, look at the blue book from KW and realize that you probably will have difficulty until you get a few years under your belt with variable income.

Hey BP Fam,As a seasoned realtor with a few years of experience under my belt, I've been consistently seeking ways to boost my lead generation efforts and ultimately close more deals.

We have a small handful of deals under our belt, thus dont have too much insight to give, however, keep doing what your doing! 

I was ultimately able to get approved by 2 or 3 different ones but every HML wanted you to have 3 deals under your belt.

With the first property under the belt, I’m already thinking of what will come next.

Confidence comes from getting a few properties under your belt.

I don't personally do any business with MI other than Chris and I are often at the same events and I have been in Turnkey probably longer than anyone in the industry  ( on the finance side since 2002)... with a few thousand transactions under my belt in all the turnkey  markets ... and I am very opinionated in the fact that low end turnkey is simply not appropriate for out of state investors..
