For those of you who are wholesaling in Michigan, which contracts are you using for buying and assigning?

Right now, I don't know how to chose.Also, is anyone currently near Detroit, MI or Charlottesville, VA?

but yes, once repaired getting out of FHA is advised, considering FHA MI is quite expensive.  

Does anybody want to team up to buy lead lists and mailers in Michigan?

If you choose to outright not offer a new lease, check your laws, but here in Michigan we don't need to give a reason.  

Hi @Acencion M., I think builders are willing to pay a little more (than rehabbers) for the dirt since they plan to scrape the house and create a new set of value.Do a search for all of the new construction houses built in your older neighborhoods (most likely they were tear down houses before the new house).

Those employer can decide to move out anytime and whole city go down... we see what happen to Michigan. i personally like city with diversified economy with >5 Fortune 100 companies...
