I know that when I was younger at an apartment I lived in with my mother, our dog actually scratched at one of the walls, severely damaging the corner of it and it needed repairs.I think this discussion gives a very well rounded picture to what to look for when deciding if you should put your rental property on the market as a pet friendly or not.

so make that on my 1 mil so say 120k a year I get a LOC facility for 1 over prime so say 7% to round up I make the delta on 4 million that's another 200k a year.. and I set my loan size at 500k so I only have to do 10 loans a year..

For my "troubles," I will get 1% fee for the amount financed as a one time line item expense. 2) I have a personal goal of 30+ units (or way more), and prepared to invest more dollars probably in a new LLC after this initial round.

And one benefit of Cedar Park is that it's not held to the same AirBNB regulations as Austin is (if you're trying to do that)Other areas to consider that I can't speak for myself but I have heard may be good investments: East Austin, Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock.Hope this helps!

@Michael L. the reason I replied to your thread is that you and I do think alike; in the past I had created a list of "intangibles" that I would score two or more properties on, as a tie breaker of which to offer on first.My list, in no particular order is: market time, age of big ticket items i.e. roof & windows & hvac, neighborhood, schools, view, curb appeal, potential, floorplan, owner's benefits (size of master suite, common areas), and "gut feeling".I never actually used the list.
