no one really wants to hear this though... they want the shortcut.there are also ways to recycle capital, like the BRRRR method, which works but is tough right now with interest rates so high and deals tough to find (and 10 other things, but those are big ones).

@Chris Martin Happy to connect you with my contact at Velur to learn more but they identify parcels adjacent to existing solar development (or residential, warehousing... different zoning options for diversification) and do the analysis on value, easements, zoning viability for development etc...they take their cut up front in the sale then when you get an offer for purchase down the road they help review the offer as well.

We generally have enough visitors around warm weather holidays and while kids are out of school to keep occupancy high but the rest of the year can be very rough unless..2) It's ideal to be located in or very near one of the things I mentioned above that attract visitors to the area.
