I took out all the grass and added turf and rocks, a 2nd paver driveway, a custom sports court, pool upgrades, new exterior lighting and interior bedroom floors & chandelier.What was the outcome?

I would use that interior and leave storefronts, but I think you can develop a co-working system in pods (safety for solo use and cleaning) where residents could book them and pay in advance and then key in and out which would let you build more units (office space outside of the unit) and offer more amenities.

If he/she does fond a foundation issue, you can either get the price discounted, require that the seller handle, or back out of the deal without an issue.Something to be mindful of, though, is that since the basement appears to be finished, the interior wall is likely hiding the potential problem, and a typical inspector is not going to rip open the wall to confirm, so they may tell you they can't give you a definite answer.Without clarity, I would walk away from the deal.
