BP was a big piece of me taking action this year!  

Of course you can switch up strategies down the road if you find that the one you're in doesn't suit you, but this at least gives a plan of action to getting your feet wet.

Being a rather skeptical person (paralysis of analysis), I would love to see some action, be a part of your investment process (work for learning), etc.

Therefore experience, knowledge and action is key.I am looking forward to all future encounters with BP!!

There are some good areas in North Omaha too, but a few blocks can make a big difference.I like the fact that you are jumping in and taking action, I just want to give you a word of caution about due diligence.

Partnering and mentoring is a huge commitment and I personally don't invest in someone who doesn't demonstrate some sort of serious ambition (with action behind it) or provide some form of value from the start. 

Take massive action!  

Be prepared with your "Adverse Action Notice".  

Real estate related: research and reading and learning is important but it does not equal action.
