So they get an offer and see the bottom line from opendoor or alike and they see profit they are happy.Now if they were provided a bottom line from and agent at real value without the excessive fees and compared that to an estimate from opendoor etc I think most homeowners would choose to save thousands of dollars vs sell a month and a half sooner.They are in Las Vegas and Henderson now as well.

I would imagine it was near a transportation hub like a station.Why do you choose to focus on Fukuoka, if you don't mind me asking?

She can move on in a year or two if she chooses with very little money invested and rent both sides for a nice little profit. 

So, the question sometimes becomes can I get that contributed money to make more money in the stock market (or other asset class) or in real estate.Of course, some choose to distribute the tax advantaged account, and some of those are willing to take the 10% penalty. 

However, I would say nearly 50% of the deals I've ever worked were somehow connected to probate scenario.The beauty of probate is that the houses often have other problems - and you know most of the sellers are motivated sellers - they didn't choose the house.

I recently listened to the travel hacking podcast (I believe it’s episode 9) from the Choose FI podcast (they were recent podcast guests on BP Money Podcast) and am debating whether or not this is a strategy I will employ.  

I'm not trying to scare you, but be prepared for being an agent if you choose this path.

My approach is to stick to my numbers and be patient, I have a long-term perspective, and can wait until we crest the peak of this real estate cycle.You can choose to work with an agent that will write bids for you based on local knowledge and your criteria as soon as they are listed.
